Laminar Flow Process Lines offer product and personal protection for the manufacturing of pharmaceutical implants. These conditions are achieved by a targeted air routing. A stream of clean and low-turbulence air (Laminar Flow) flows vertically into the workspace and is exhausted at table height – air-borne substances are collected in a controlled manner. The integrated air exhaust system generates a low negative pressure in the workspace, thus permanently protecting the ambient space against contaminations (a functional principle of a Safety Workbench). The plant does not need to be connected to an external supply or exhaust air system.
