DESCRIPTION Active Personnel Air Locks (Air Showers) make it possible for personnel to be cleaned prior to their entry into clean rooms. The person is blown off with clean air exhausted through integrated air nozzles (v>20 m/s) and cleaned during this process. Particles are removed from the person and are sucked off at the bottom (air circulation system). |
