DESCRIPTION

Isolators for powder applications offer personal protection during handling of critical and toxic powders. Personal protection is achieved by a barrier (isolator housing including operator glove inter ventions) between the operator and the product. Using a HEPA supply and exhaust air filtersystem , in addition a defined vacuum in the isolator’s working space of the isolator is generated and thus increases the safety for the operator. Replacement of the filter elements is contamination - free.
Inward and outward transfer of the products and material is via an integrated transfer system. The working space can be cleaned manually and/or automatically (CIP) using water. All safety - relevant functions are monitored permanently by an electronic system.
